1. Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation.  Carpet sets cannot be returned after being cut, trimmed, glued or altered in any manner.  Please read the Carpet Kit Installation Guide before attempting to install or alter any carpet kits.



2. If you are dissatisfied with your carpet kit for any reason, Shadetree Online will be happy to issue you credit or exchange it for another product, or cheerfully refund your money less shipping & handling charges, and 20% restocking fee. These charges do apply to the refusal of a shipment as well. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the shipment date.



3. No merchandise may be returned to Shadetree Online without an authorization number. Regardless of quantity, all unauthorized returns will be refused by our receiving department.  For return authorization Contact Us.



4. Shadetree Online ships most replacements via UPS Ground Service.  If you request a different shipping method/service you must pay any additional charges incurred.



5. A word about color: We take pride in the fact that we are able to match most original materials and colors for carpets and floor mats, but please keep in mind that every vehicle may have several variations of the same color for each model year.  Dye lots for carpet may vary + or - 5%. This is common to industry standards and must be understood by manufacturers, dealers, and the customer. Our manufacturer has literally hundreds of rolls of carpeting and it may be necessary for you to send a small sample of your existing carpet to assure the closest possible match.  If carpeting and floor mats are purchased at the same we can guarantee an exact match. 



6. When placing your order you may simply indicate which make and model vehicle you have along with the existing interior / carpet color.  Our representatives will ship you the correct color based on that information.  A representative will contact you, if necessary, prior to shipping your carpet to be certain you are receiving the correct product.



7. IMPORTANT:  If you choose to order a carpet kit in a different color than we recommend as the closest possible color to the original manufacturer's color code , we will place a special order for you which is non-returnable.   Please keep in mind that most vehicles in need of replacement carpet are normally older models, in which case the carpet may have faded from the sunlight / heat exposure.
